THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?
    Changes to orders cannot be made once an order has been submitted. It is possible that we may be able to cancel your order if needed. Please reach out to Customer Service line 1888-888-8888 as soon as possible to determine if your order is eligible to be canceled. Once cancelled, the pre-authorized hold will typically drop off within a few business days. Time may vary between financial institutions.
  • When will my order process?
    Standard orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped from our facility. If your order contains a personalized engraved item, longer process may be required
  • Can I ship to multiple addresses?
    At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. Please place separate orders to ship to different addresses. If assistance is required please call our Customer Service line 1888-888-8888
  • My billing address is in the USA, but I wish to ship to Canada, can this be accommodated?
    At this present time shipments are only made within the United States.
  • Do you ship to PO boxes?
    Yes, we do ship to PO boxes within the United States territories. We currently do not ship to PO boxes in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    By Divine Treasures LLC accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We accept PayPal as payment methods. Prepaid gift cards and bank cards can also be used to cover the full payment of your purchase but must be registered prior to placing an order. Please review the details on the back of the card for more information
  • Is there any limit to the amount I can order?
    We want to keep our selling practices fair and safe. That's why we reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order under any circumstance. Our customers will be notified should such limits be applied.
  • Why was my credit card declined?
    Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please verify card number and try again. Please note, declined transactions may result in a pending charge which will typically drop off within a few business days. Time may vary between financial institutions.
  • When will I be charged?
    Credit cards and PayPal are charged at the time of shipment. A pending charge will be captured at the time of order placement and finalized when the order is shipped
  • Are any items excluded from promotion codes?
    Generally, promotion codes cannot be used on engraved items.
  • Do you offer gift packaging?
    By Divine Treasures LLC offers select DIY (Do It Yourself) gift packaging for purchase only starting at $2, while supplies lasts. We do not offer free gift boxes or pouches concurrently.
  • Do you offer price adjustments?
    Due to the frequency of our promotions, price adjustments are not offered. However, you may return and repurchase any item(s), or if your order has not shipped, you may reach out to Customer Support at support@bydivinetreasures to inquire if the order can be cancelled.
